Account Settings

Many account details are able to be updated and managed in Account Settings. 

Change Time Zone

This allows for you to set your local time zone for the rsvp.church registration page. When the event time (start time) of an event passes, the event will be removed from the registration page.

  1. Click the user icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Edit" under User details
  4. Select your local time zone
  5. Click "Update"

Change Email / Church Name

  1. Click the user icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Edit" under User details
  4. Change email (or church name)
  5. Click "Update"

Change Password

  1. Click the user icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Change" under User details to the right of the password
  4. Change password

Change Payment Information 

This feature requires PRO

  1. Click the user icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account Settings". 
  3. Click "Edit" under Payment Information
  4. Update Payment Information

Upgrade / Downgrade

  1. Click the user icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account Settings". 
  3. Click the upgrade/downgrade button
  4. Click the button to upgrade. If already on Pro, the button will appear as a downgrade option.2021-03-24_12-47-13.png
When you downgrade the account it will automatically, immediately, be moved to the free version of rsvp.church and you will lose access to the pro features.

Accessing Invoices

This feature requires PRO

  1. Click the user icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Show Past Invoices" under Payment Information 
  4. Select the "Print" button beside the invoice you would like to print.
